I cannot login
If you cannot log in, the following reasons could be:
-You are not registered yet. Click Here to register. Make sure you sign up with a valid and active email address
-You are registered but you did not verify your email address. Go to your inbox and click the verification link. We suggest using Gmail when signing up.
-Your password is wrong. If you forgot your password, Click Here to reset it
-If you still have problems logging in, please Contact Us so that we can check your account

How to update or edit my profile?
Make sure to create a real and legit profile account.

How to post an ad?
Posting an ad at BentaMan is very easy (as easy as posting on Facebook!)
-To create an ad, just click the “Post Free Ad” button. Click Here if you would like to post now.

How to edit or see the list of my ads?
Please visit your Profile Dashboard so that you can see all your posted ads. The profile dashboard link is located at the upper right of the screen. In your dashboard account, you can view all your Favorite / Bookmarked Ads too!

What items are not allowed to post?
As much as we wanted to accommodate all items on BentaMan, some categories of products or services are restricted, prohibited, or completely banned from being listed on our platform to comply with local legal restrictions.

The following items are prohibited but not limited to:

–Firearms, Weapons & Ammunitions
-Porn, Adult & Mature Content
-Human Remains, Wildlife, Exotic Species
-Fireworks, Explosives & Hazardous Materials
-Alcohol, Drugs, Tobacco
-, Pirated & Copyrighted Items
-Medical, Pharmaceutical & FDA-Controlled Products
-Other Products/Services Promoting Illegal Activities
