HR Staff

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 – Php20,000.00 per month

Job Description:
Work under the HR department, conducting both recruitment in Japan and the Cebu office. If you have good IT and design and analytical skills, we are looking for you.

Qualifications:
Graduated IT, Human Resource Management, or a relevant degree.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles is an advantage
Who always keep tracks of anything related to the job
(E.g. The content of the interview, the number of applicants, of shortlisted, etc.)
Data driven

Responsibilities:
Understanding the nature of the project (What kind of technology is in use, what kind of system Client Company is planning to develop) and explaining these backgrounds of the recruitment to potential candidates.

Sourcing (find matching talents for Japanese clients’ job openings)
Job posting
Scouting (using LinkedIn / Facebook / our database)
CV screening
Conducting interviews
Reporting to Tokyo Office
